Credit card transactions are processed through the account of AALECE (Alabama Association for Early Care and Education) charter member, Green Fields Child Care. The transaction charges will appear on your statement as Green Fields Child Care. By submitting your payment, you agree to pay an additional administrative fee of $100 for any disputes or reversed transactions. Please make all financial officers related to the credit / debit card account aware of the registration transaction and appropriate payee.
All payments are due at the time of registration. If you are making payment arrangement with a Check or Purchase Order, please email aalece@gmail.com. You can download and print the PDF version of this form. Registrations are not processed until payment has been made in full or arrangement has been made with Conference Coordinator. All cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative/processing fee. No transfer of registrations or refunds will be issued after Friday, May 31, 2025.
