Foster Requirements:

1. A Virtual Home Check is Required before approval.

A virtual home inspection is required to ensure your living environment is safe and suitable for fostering cats. This is a standard procedure to protect both the foster animals and the foster parent.

2. Minimum Fostering Commitment:

You must commit to fostering for at least 3 months.

This ensures stability for the cats and allows them time to adjust to their temporary home.

3. Ownership of Supplies:

Any supplies (e.g., food, litter, crates, toys) provided by FBOA remain the property of FBOA. These items must be returned upon request or if you stop fostering.

4. Replacement of Damaged or Unreturned Supplies:

If any foster supplies are damaged or not returned, you are responsible for replacing them at your own expense. This ensures we can continue supporting other fosters and animals in need.

5. Traveling Requirements

Fosters are expected to be willing to travel and transport their foster animals to adoption events and medical appointments. This may also include picking up supplies from our storage facility or Pet Supermarket locations when needed.
