After the membership application is formally approved by the Oxnard Noontimers Board of Directors, a new member fee of $45 made payable to the Oxnard Noontimers Lions Club is due. Once these actions are completed, the applicant becomes an official member of the Lions Clubs International and the Oxnard Noontimers Lions Club.
