            Presenter Agreement for Presenting at the 3oth anniversary of NATH conferences. By submitting your proposal, you are agreeing to terms. We are an in person conference. 


            Presenter Benefits:

            Presenter Benefits for 1-Hour Presentations Only
            · 1/2 off Conference Registration - Includes Main convention Saturday, Keynote and regular presentations, hors d'ourves and Awards (Saturday evening)
            · A discounted display table, open to public upon request. Request a Vendor Table Below!
            · Recognition and honor of being specially selected and being seen as a leader in our chosen profession


            Presenter Benefits for 2-Hour Presentations, Pre/Post Workshops & Certifications
            ·      Certification Classes teachers will receive 50% of their class's revenue.
            ·      Free Conference Registration - Main conference Saturday, Keynote and  regular presentations, hors d'ourves and Awards (Saturday evening)
            ·      A discounted display table, open to public upon request. Request a Vendor Table below!
            ·      Recognition and honor of being specially selected and being seen as a leader in our chosen profession!
             

             
            Presenter Requirements:
            ·      Promotion of NATH conference on your social media is REQUIRED, Facebook, Twitter, Meetup, Newsletters, Websites and Event Calendars. Tag NATH, NATH Forum, or Linda Thunberg whenever possible on newsletters and Facebook. Linda@NATH.world


            ·      Assure that you are the sole proprietors of your material and/or the copyrights have been acquired with acknowledged permission.

            • HANDOUTS are the FULL responsibility of presenters- please have printed materials or a QR code for your attendees.


            ·      Self-Promotion & 1 Minute Sales Policy: Selling your goods or services from the podium or the back of the room is prohibited. Instead, at the end of your workshop or presentation, take a minute to describe the goods and services you have to offer and how they may obtain it. Viable options for marketing at the conference include:
            1.    Obtain a vendors table at a discounted rate for presenters
            2.    Put your brochure/flyer/business card on the General NATH literature table.
            3.    Consign your products to the NATH resource sales table at a 75/25% split in your favor.

             
            ·       Notify NATH of any intention to make material changes to the presentation and discussion.
             
            ·      Projectors and screens are provided. You are responsible to make sure your personal computer can be connected to equipment.
             
            ·       Any Special Equipment needed for your presentation is your responsibility

            The Norfolk International Airport is the closest and most economical airport. In addition, interstates 95 and 64 make it an accessible drive from anywhere on the East Coast.
