Whether this is a transfer to continue with Debt review payments and services or a request to transfer and clear your name- we will still need this consent form. We will not proceed or work on your file until we have received PDA statements and this consent form.
In the event that you dispute your actual debt review status- we cannot assist with that.
In the event that payments are not up to date and creditors have terminated your debt review agreement, you will need to follow the transfer clearance process and provide PDA statements and All relevant paid letters in order to qualify.
