At the conclusion of the events:
🎤 Mrs. Elizabeth will direct participants when to return to the ballroom for Awards.

🔁 Everyone must vacate the ballroom for setup.

MERP reserves the rights for participants to compete in any age division other than the one for her or his current age at the holiday event.

THE MAIN EVENTS INCLUDES:  BEAUTY, MODELING & HOLIDAY THEMEWEAR COMPETITIONS.

Note: There are no restrictions to this Holiday event. 

FORMAL COMPETITION:

Participants will be given a simple snake around pattern for Formal wear.
Make it your own, This is your time in the spotlight.

BABIES-
May wear a short dress. 
A parent, sibling or friend of participants under 4 must chaperon the children throughout the competition.

MALE
Male participants should wear a suit/or a nice shirt and long pants

Judging will be based on Overall first impression, personality and stage presentation.

FASHION MODELING COMPETITION:
This is a freestyle modeling event.
FEMALE participants should wear a White top and Red bottom

MALE participants should wear a White top and black bottom.

HOLIDAY WEAR COMPETITION:
Anything goes! Be creative with your selection! Simple props are allowed.

With over 40 competing participants -
NOTE: If a pageant has less than 40 contestant a smaller cash prize will be awarded.
Winner/s receives a beautiful large crown, sash, cash, gift, discount towards the Miss & Ms Culture Galaxy Pageants (14+) or Miss American Nation Pageant (all ages)

Grand Supreme: $200 cash award
With over 40 competing participants-
NOTE: If a pageant has less than 40 contestant a smaller cash prize will be awarded.
Winner/s receives a beautiful large crown, sash, gift, cash, discount towards the Miss & Ms Culture Galaxy Pageants (14+) or Miss American Nation Pageant (all ages)

Ultimate: $500 cash award
With over 40 competing participants.
NOTE: If a pageant has less than 40 contestant a smaller cash prize will be awarded. 
Winner/s receives a beautiful large crown, sash, gift, cash, discount towards the Miss & Ms Culture Galaxy Pageants (14+) or Miss American Nation Pageant (all ages)

Other Titles:
1 Overall Most Beautiful  $25 cash award- Ages 0-up (with less than 10 participants) or
2 Overall Most Beautiful - Ages 0-13 & 14+ (with more than 10 registered)

Photogenic Breakdown- Ages 0-13 (Junior Division) & 14 - above (Senior Division) $20 cash award with over 10 registered. 

Outfit of Choice- Ages 0-13 (Junior Division) & 14 - above (Senior Division) $20 cash award with over 10 registered.

Swim / Fitness wear- Ages 0-13 (Junior Division) & 14 - above (Senior Division) $20 cash award with over 10 registered.

Ugly Holiday Sweater- Ages 0-13 (Junior Division) & 14-above (Senior Division) $20 cash award with over 10 registered.

Best Formal wear- Ages 0-13 (Junior Division) & 14 - above (Senior Division)

Optional winners entry paid towards the MCG or ANP pageants.

Age Requirement
Participants must compete based on their age on the day of the event.

Deposit & Fee
A deposit is required to secure your spot.
Full payment must be made NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 1ST

Optional Events
Optional event fees may be paid on the day of the competition

Photography Policy
For safety and privacy, no photography is permitted in the dressing rooms.

Family & Supporters may take photos and videos at the event. Photos must be taken from your seat.

No professional photography is necessary for this event.  

Dressing Room Access
No males are allowed in the dressing room.
One female assistant is permitted per participant 13 years old and under due to limited space.

Need more space for dressing and other needs?
Consider booking a room at the host hotel for privacy and convenience.
There's also a large bathroom across from the dressing room for your convenience

Sportsmanship
Positive attitudes only!
Good sportsmanship is expected at all times.
Staff and directors reserve the right to disqualify any contestant or guest for inappropriate behavior.

Contestant Limit
We are accepting a maximum of 50 contestants. 

Score Sheets
Score sheets will be available immediately after the crowning ceremony.
It is the responsibility of participants or parents to collect them—they will not be saved.

Judges’ Decisions
All judges’ decisions are final and not open to discussion.

Family-Friendly Policy
This is a family-friendly event.
Bullying or misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.
If any issues arise, you must bring them to Mrs. Debbie’s attention immediately.
We do not address complaints once you leave the venue.

Returning Participants
Participants are welcome to return each year.
As this is a holiday event, we use different judges and occasionally change up sashes and crowns.

By participating in this event, I/We acknowledge that:

We have read and understood all the rules and regulations set forth by the pageant.
We release the Directors and Staff from any and all claims for damages or injuries sustained during the pageant activities.
We give MERP Productions permission to use photos or videos from the pageant weekend for advertising and promotional purposes.
All information provided is true and correct.
