Setup Space: We’ll need an 8x8 ft area with a clear, paved path for our cart to roll in smoothly—no gravel, steps, or stairs, please! Extra fees may apply if special access is needed.
To reserve your date, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. Once received, we’ll send over your contract and invoice to finalize your booking!

Agreement & Terms
Please sign below to confirm that you have read and agree to the following information. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event, prior to setup. Submitting this form serves as an event request, not a confirmed booking. Your date will only be reserved once the deposit has been received. All sales are final, however, we can accommodate a change in date with at least 5 days’ notice, subject to availability. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate appropriately at our discretion. The Cozy Confectionery is not liable for any damages or issues that may occur once setup has been completed, including but not limited to weather conditions, guest interference, or venue-related limitations. The host is responsible for ensuring that all setup requirements are met, including a level 8x8 ft paved workspace, access to a power outlet (if required), and a safe, accessible pathway free of gravel, steps, or stairs. Additional fees may apply for difficult or limited access setups. Please note that outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to provide appropriate coverage or shelter for the cart setup in case of high temperatures, rain, or wind. The Cozy Confectionery reserves the right to halt service if conditions become unsafe for staff or equipment, without refund. All products are prepared in a licensed kitchen facility that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts; therefore, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
