          • By enrolling in our doula training program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

            REFUNDS

            All payments made toward doula training are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, or inability to complete the course.
            Transfer Option – If you are unable to attend your registered training, you may request (in writing) to transfer your enrollment to a future training session within twelve (12) months of your original training date. Transfers are subject to availability. Only one transfer is permitted. Please email me ASAP to info@impactdoualatraining.com. 
            No Partial Refunds – Refunds will not be issued for partially attended trainings or for failure to complete course requirements.
            Course Materials & Access – Digital or printed materials, once provided, are considered delivered and non-returnable.
            Acceptance of Terms – Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of this No Refund Policy and our full training terms and conditions. This policy ensures that we can maintain small group sizes, high-quality instruction, and adequate preparation for all participants.

            MEDIA RELEASE
            By registering for any of our training programs, you agree that your image, likeness, and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video tape can be used by Milk and Honey Co,pamy, LLC DBA IMPACT Doulas for promotional and educational purposes, without payment or any other consideration. You also understand your image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears; waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your image or recording.

            ONE-TIME DOULA TRAINING TRANSFER REQUESTS
            You may elect to transfer the dates of your training if you inform us at least 14 days prior to the start date of your training, as long as the training you wish to transfer to is equal to the same price of the training you originally registered for and you select training dates that are available within one (1) year of the request. You may transfer the dates of your training only once and your training is otherwise non-transferable or redeemable. To make a one-time request to transfer your training dates, your request MUST be emailed to info@impactdoulatraining.com.

            ILLNESS POLICY                                                                                                 If you are feeling unwell, experiencing flu-like symptoms, or have been diagnosed with a contagious illness, please refrain from attending in-person sessions.- Participants with symptoms such as fever, coughing, or difficulty breathing may be asked to leave and attend a future session when they are well.- If a participant tests positive for a contagious illness after attending a session, they must notify the training facilitator immediately to allow proper communication with other attendees while maintaining confidentiality.- Virtual or make-up sessions may be available at the discretion of the instructor.4. Hygiene and Sanitation Measures- Hand sanitizers will be provided, and frequent handwashing is encouraged.- Shared equipment and surfaces will be sanitized regularly.- Participants are encouraged to bring their own water bottles, notebooks, and other personal items to minimize shared contact.
