  • TERMS OF SERVICE

    • Approval and Revisions

      For both digital and physical commissions, I will provide a rough sketch or concept for approval. You are entitled to up to two rounds of revisions to the initial concept or sketch. Any additional revisions may incur an extra fee.

    • Physical Commissions (for Physical Portraits)

      For physical commissions, you must provide the delivery address. I will handle all packaging and shipping after the final artwork is completed.

    • Payment Terms

      A non-refundable deposit of 100% is required to begin work on the portrait. Payment must be made via PayPal.

    • Refunds and Cancellations

      Deposits are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your commission after work has started, the deposit will be retained by me to cover the work already completed. If i am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be refunded.

    • Completion Time

      Digital and physical portraits are typically completed within 2-3 weeks, however it may take longer due to the time required for shipping. I will provide an estimated timeline before work begins and will notify you of any delays.

    • Delivery

      For digital portraits, the final high-resolution image will be delivered electronically via email. You will receive the final file in the agreed format (e.g., JPG, PNG, TIFF).

      Physical Commissions
      Physical portraits will be shipped to the provided address once the final artwork is completed and the balance is paid. I will take care to package the artwork securely, but am not responsible for damages caused during shipping. Shipping is free!

    • BOTH DIGITAL AND PHYSICAL COMMISSIONS COME WITH A 5x7 PRINT.

    • Ownership

      I retain all rights to the artwork, including copyright. Upon completion and full payment, you will receive a final digital file for personal use and, for physical commissions, the physical artwork. You may print or use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

    • Commercial Use

      If you wish to use the portrait for commercial purposes (e.g., selling prints, promotional material, etc.), a separate commercial license must be purchased. Please contact me to discuss commercial licensing options.

    • Reproduction Rights

      I may use the completed artwork for promotional purposes, including showcasing it on social media or in portfolios, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with you.

    • Client Responsibilities - Accuracy of Information

      It is your responsibility to provide high-quality reference images and clear instructions for the portrait. I am not liable for inaccuracies or omissions in the final portrait due to poor-quality images or unclear instructions.

    • Communication

      You agree to respond to my requests for feedback or approval in a timely manner to ensure the commission process runs smoothly.

    • Limitation of Liability - Limitation of Damages

      My liability is limited to the amount paid for the commission. I am not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the commission or its delivery.

    • Privacy and Confidentiality - Personal Information

      I will collect and use personal information solely for the purposes of completing the commission (e.g., name, address for shipping). This information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

    • Amendments - Changes to Terms

      I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of any changes that affect future commissions or the process.
