Batik is a traditional technique of creating pattern on fabric/ wood by using hot wax and dyes.

No drawing skill is required, design template will be provided.

Workshop Options

Workshop A ($93 - 3hrs) U.P $98

• Inclusive of all materials.
• Full batik making experience
• Food safe result.
• You may choose 1 material to work on:
  mahogany serving board (15cm x 30cm) or mahogany plate (dia.22cm)

  

Workshop B ($63 - 1.5 to 2hrs) U.P $68

• Inclusive of all materials.
• Full batik making experience on mahogany coaster (10cm x 15cm)

By participating in this workshop:

You agree to the Payment & Cancellation Policy: The workshop will proceed if minimum sign-ups are met. Full payment is required upon registration. If cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued. If cancelled by participants, the payment will be credited towards a future workshop (valid for 3 months, 1 time reschedule only).

You accept the Indemnity Clause: Raya Artisans will provide safety guidance, but participation is at your own risk. The organisers, employees, and volunteers are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or deaths during the event.

You consent to Photography & Recording: Photos and videos may be taken and used for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes. These will be shared with you. If you prefer not to be featured on social media, please inform us on the event day.
