2025 Club Court Hire Application

• Court Hire Fee is $180 per court per hour per season (from 5pm onwards);
• Court is hired per full court;
• Clubs may train on any week during the season, starting 1st March;
• If a team wants to train outside the standard training day (Wednesday) please email admin@prna.com.au to seek approval;
• The club training coordinator is your key holder for those clubs with a key;
• Your club training coordinator is to arrange access and is to ensure all items are put away correctly, venue is secured, and lights are turned off;
• Club training coordinators and their contact details will be forwarded to all clubs who train at PRNA for liason purposes.

• We agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Pine Rivers Netball Association, its servants and agents from and against all actions, costs, claims, charges, expenses and damages which may be brought or made or claimed against them, or any of them, and which is due to, or arises from, or is caused by the sole negligence of our Club, or its servants, which is realated to the the use of the PRNA courts as per the above hire arrangements.
• Furthermore, we understand and agree that the responsibility rests with our club, and its appointed representatives, to ensure courts are safe for training/play prior to any use.
• We acknowledge that it is also our clubs', and its appointed representatives, responsibility to ensure appropriate first aid supplies and incident / injury management practices are known and implemented by our club representatives.
• We acknowledge that PRNA, or any of its Management, will not be responsible for any injuries incurred by players, umpires, officials, or spectators whilst on Association grounds.
• We agreee to keep PRNA informed of the current Club Coordinator (key holder) and their contact details. This person shall be responsible for our club access.
• Hirer to provide a copy of a valid Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance for a minimum of $10 million.

I have read, understood, agree to comply with and be bound by the above terms and conditons. I understand that hire of the PRNA Courts is conditional upon meeting and continuing to comply with all conditions.
