  • Please note: All food businesses, that is every stall selling food (including vegetables and primary produce), whether or not you provide tasters/samples, will need to obtain a Temporary food business licence with the City of Fremantle, by submitting an Application for a Temporary Food Business at least 10 working days prior to the Event.

  • STALL DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

    Choose your site from the options below. Please indicate if you require a hired marquee, table, chairs or any extras. All sites will need to be bumped in by 8am on Saturday 25 October. No vehicles will be allowed on site after 7:30am. You will receive your bump in time closer to the event.

  • POWER REQUIREMENTS

  • POWER INCLUSIONS All equipment is to be tested & tagged before coming to site (including fire extinguishers and blankets).• provide details of your power requirements and what it will be used for. • Please provide your own extension cords, which need to be tested and tagged. • Please inform us if your power requirements are 10 amp, 15 amp, or 3 Phase connection. Changes to power orders must be requested 2 weeks prior to bump in. Please contact Farming Champions to make any changes. Changes are subject to availability and late fees. Note: All electrical items must be tested and tagged prior to coming onsite, any items that are not tagged will be turned away. This is in your best interest to assist in avoiding any operation delays prior to opening. If you do not get your equipment tested and tagged prior to coming on site you will be required to pay a fee to have it done on site which will be charged separately to Farming Champions. All electrical equipment (including brand new items) must be tested and tagged before you arrive at the event. All equipment must have been tested and tagged on or NO later than 23rd October 2026 in order for it to be in date for the event.
