Please know that anything over 40 hours is paid time + half. Domestic home staff, by law must be paid hourly (not salary).

Bliss Placement Agreement:

Please note that all Bliss Nanny candidates will have a full background check prior to hire.
A one on one phone call, Bliss bio, resume, and 3 references will be checked by the Bliss Family Placement Coordinator before an in person interview is scheduled.

Initiation Process:

A nonrefundable search fee to start is $400.00
Families will be presented with all potential candidates based on matched credentials and family needs.
After hire, If a family is not satisfied with their nanny or the nanny is unhappy a free search and
replacement up to 6 months into 12 month placement.
