日期：2025年7月5、12和19日星期六
時間：早上8:30-中午12:00

地點：每個上課日前的星期三以what’s app訊息發出

1. 本期按金$600，若全數出席，按金全數退還；若缺席，我們將扣減每課$200並全數撥捐毅行教室慈善基金，支持推廣青少年越野跑發展。
2. 如果參加者在體驗課程中表現優異，我們將誠摯邀請他們加入我們的恆常種籽訓練計劃🤝。有機會晉升為🌟青訓隊員，甚至進一步成為🙌🏽精英運動員，代表我們毅行教室參加本港及海外的各類比賽。這些賽事不僅提供寶貴的實戰經驗，還能讓他們在國際舞台上大放異彩🎊。
3. 為支持越野跑發展，經此體驗課後獲邀加入進一步訓練，將需繳交每月$800的訓練費，詳情容後通知。
4. 如有需要申請資助，請留言我們，教室在收取到所需證明文件之後，會立即審核處理，有關結果將盡快書面通知家長。
5. 如報名人數超過名額，我們將會因應報名參加者的歲數、背景和技術組合體驗課成員，故參加者在本期落選，並不代表未來我們不會再次邀請參加者加入。請諒解這樣做是為了加者能得到最好的安排。

毅行教室慈善基金將會透過閣下提供的姓名、電郵、電話或郵寄地址及相關的個人資料為您提供毅行教室慈善基金有限公司(“本公司”)的最新資訊及服務。我們在未得到閣下的同意之前，不會使用個人資料作其他用途。本公司會對其持有的客戶資料保密，但本公司就以上的提供服務或資訊，可能把該等的資料提供至本公司的合作夥伴，代理人等。

本人明白在下方簽署後，將表示本人已完全明白並願意承擔在此活動期間所涉及相關的自然和醫療風險及責任。本人亦明白子女必須遵守有關活動的安全守則，以及遵守是次活動教練的指示。在下方簽署後，將代表本人同意上述的一切條款，以及聲明本人子女身體狀況良好．適合參與下列活動．並無任何傷患或不適影響本人子女進行訓練。本人豁免及放開追究毅行教室、毅行教室員工及毅行教室之義工。本人同意並瞭解，若有任何個人財產在教室會址範圍內或其他場所丟失或被盜，毅行教室概不負責。

 

By signing below, I acknowledge that I fully understand and am willing to assume the natural and medical risks and responsibilities involved in this activity. I also understand that I/participant must follow the safety guidelines for the activity and follow the instructions of the coach of this activity. By signing below, I agree to all of the above terms and declare that I/ participant is in good physical condition, suitable for participating. in the above activity(s), and has no injuries or discomforts that would affect my child's training. I waive and release any claims against TTR Trailwalker Teaching Room Charity Foundation (“TTR”), its employees, and volunteers. I agree and understand that if any personal property is lost or stolen within the classroom premises or elsewhere, TTR will not be responsible.
