2025 Annual Dinner (Speaker and Awardee's guests)
  • 2025 Annual Dinner Guest Registration

  • We request that guests complete a registration form no later than April 14th and reconfirm their dinner reservation on April 22nd. 


    We understand that plans change and unexpected conflicts arise. Please check your calendar carefully before completing the registration form, and only reserve a spot if you are confident you will be able to join us. Seats are limited and The University Seminars will bear the cost of all reserved dinners, even those without diners. 


    If you are unable to attend, please contact the office with as much notice as possible, so that we may invite another community member to attend in your stead. You will receive an email request to reconfirm your reservation on April 22nd. Once reconfirmed, you will be granted access to Faculty House and the dinner.

  • The 78th Annual Dinner of The University Seminars will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.


    The pre-dinner reception will begin at 5:30 pm, followed by a seated dinner at 6:30pm.


    Guests should access campus through the Wien Gate entrance at 411 West 116th Street (between Amsterdam Avenue and Morningside Drive), and proceed to the Faculty House.

      In addition to street parking on Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue (metered), on Morningside Drive and on side streets, there is a garage on 114th St. between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue (close to Amsterdam) on the south side of the street.
