Rules for Travel Arrangements

Luiss will arrange travels with arrival in Rome on Monday February 17th 2025 based on flight availability and distance from Rome. All return flights are expected on Saturday February 22nd 2025. Once issued, Luiss will not perform any ticket changes even in case of professional or personal engagements. 

Flight Ticket 

Luiss will only acquire a pre-booked pre-paid non changeable economy flight from the country's major international airport. No flight changes will be undertaken by Luiss once the ticket has been issued. Luiss does not cover local transportation to and from the departing international airport. 

Luiss will also provide you: 

• Airport transfers from and to Rome Airport;
• Hotel accommodation for the length of the Programme inclusive of morning breakfast. The selected hotels are 10 minute walk from Luiss main campus;
• Regular canteen lunches and dinners during the Programme.

UNITAR and Luiss will not reimburse:

• Daily Allowances;
• Any meals outside those indicated in the Programme;
• Local transportation unless included in the Programme;
• Personal expenses inclusive those associated to personal use of the hotels such as telephone calls, minibars, meals with the exception of breakfast.

We kindly remind you that it is not possible to bring other guests even at own expenses.
