  • In signing this entry form I understand the contents of this packet and agree with all rules and regulations of AmeriFest LLC. I understand there are no refunds, transfers, or forwarding of fees paid. AmeriFest pageants, host venues, judges, staff, or other affiliated parties are not responsible for injuries during, traveling to or from the event. AmeriFest is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We reserve the right to decline any advertising we see not suitable for our audience. We reserve the right to combine age divisions with two or less contestants. We reserve the right to substitute any gifts or prizes for those of equal or greater value. Poor sportsmanship by a contestant or family member will result in disqualification of titles and/or any prize or competing within the AmeriFest systems in the future. Judges decisions are final and will not be disputed. All information above is correct and true. If age of contestant is questioned at the pageant and youdo not have a legal, certified copy of age verification, such as birth certificate, your title could be in jeopardy at the event. Lying about a legal age and accepting gifts under that pretence is considered theft by deception. Anyone over the age of 16 may not have anyone in the dressing area with them. Anyone 16 & under may have one female present.

    Family Discount Program: Granted for those in the same household/parents only. This discount is 1/2 off of the supreme package for each qualifying contestants total entry. Does not apply when the ad program is also being used.

    ___X___ REGISTRATION FEE $100 This fee is free by winning your state title or at-large title.

    ___X___ SUPREME PACKAGE $295 Includes Grand Supreme, Age Division Queen's Court based on evening gown competition (and interview 10+). FREE by selling 295 chances or 3 full ad pages! Ad page discount cannot be used with KY Grand Supreme pageant cash.

    NATIONAL PROGRAM BOOK $40 Must be reserved by paperwork deadline. The order cannot be cancelled if the reservation is selected. If you have earned one free through ads, please mark it above to ensure reservation. All contestants will appear in the program book in the age division contestant pages. Headshots must be submitted online or mailed in by the deadline or the AmeriFest logo will appear with the name.

    OFFICIAL NATIONAL SHIRT $22 plus fees

    Available to everyone! Required for girls ages 7 & up and all STARS. Ages 7-9 & STARS will wear it in openeing parade of contestants with your choice of white bottom. 10 and up will wear for orientation/rehearsal and group photos. More info TBA.

  • Please note, you will NOT be able to add on Runway Wear, Festival Wear, Casual Wear,  Fitness Wear, Swim Wear, and Talent at the pageant!!!! ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS

    If you think you might want to do it, check it. Remember: not all fees have to be paid for before the pageant..... If you decide not to partake in that optional, we can take you off at registration/check in. We say you cannot add them on pageant weekend because it puts the pageant behind - we caculate times for pageant weekend based on the number of people who enter. So if you did not check it off on this form, you will NOT be in that part of the competition.
