All commission related discussions will happen via email, it's important to check your email as often as possible, so I can have a clear understanding of "the work".

Work will be started as soon as possible, as soon payment is received.
The client will be sent a JPG file of their commission via email once "the work" is confirmed to be to their satisfaction.
Refunds/Cancellations

Please note I can decline anything that personally makes me uncomfortable.
Customer Satisfaction
I, the artist, will do everything I can to make the client happy.
However, changes/refunds cannot be made after the work is complete and the client has received a high resolution file via email.
It's important that the client be clear about what they would like, to avoid any major issues. The client is responsible for including pictures, poses,colors, etc of what they would like.
Usage Policy
Commercial Use Only
For $45 the customer is allowed to print a limit of a 100 copies of "the work" on any product they choose.The price for an unlimited amount of copies of "the work" can be discussed and an agreement can be made on an individual case to case basis.
Personal Use Only
The customer is allowed to print 30 copies on any product they choose but is not allowed to sell the artwork in anyway.
Copyright
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the client.
Therefore I am allowed to use the artwork to:
-Promote myself
-Display it anywhere of my choosing.
-Post it anywhere I want.
The client is allowed to:
-Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, unless agreed on otherwise.
-Print the art and claim the right to their character but not the drawing itself.
-Share the artwork in social media and use the art to promote themselves, with proper credit given to the artist.
