Please review the following requirements for membership before submitting an application. In order to attend the 2025-2026 Memberhip Tea in April, 2025; you must have a completed application & paid the annual memberhip dues.
Expenses:
- Membership Dues: $325 This fee is required by all members, paid by May 25th. Membership fees include induction, cost of the tickets for each member and her escort to the Yellow Rose Ball, and general operating expenses. An installment payment plan is available. Please see the website for the payment plan form.
- Attire: $35. Each girl member is requred to purchase the personalised Junior Guild polo. This polo is required at all meetings and service events.
- Senior Fees: This fee is for Seniors only and is in addition to the general membership fees. Only for those seniors being presented at the Yellow Rose Ball! $575 The breakdown is as follows: $375 - Seniors are required to pay these fees for the Yellow Rose ball, general expenses for the Senior Presentation, gloves, flowers and headshots. This fee is due by October 31, 2025. $200 to be paid by January 31, 2026. This includes: 2 adult tickets (Dad/Presenter & Mom). Seniors will have the option to pay in full or a payment plan option which you may pay installments throughout the summer and fall.
Fundraiser Participation:
- Each member must purchase two (2) tickets at $50 per ticket to the Annual Fall Fundraiser & Fashion Show. This requirement is due regardless of attendance.
- Each member must provide either a sponsored auction item/items or personally donate an auction item valued at a minimum value of $40 to be auctioned at the fundraiser. Proceeds will benefit our charities.
Service Hours & Participation:
- Each member must complete a minimum of fifteen (15) hours or twenty (20) hours (if a Provisional Senior) of volunteer service at one of the approved Junior Guild organizations during the Junior Guild fiscal year, according to our by-laws.
- Each member must participate on at least one (1) of our committees as specified in our by-laws.
- Each member must attend a minimum of four (4) general meetings to remain in good standing and eligible for the ball. Meetings are held on the second Sunday of each month.
