Allsports Productions, LLC ("Allsports") hires the worker listed below as an Independent Contractor at the hourly rate discussed with management, on a temporary basis to perform unskilled services as a non-employee of Allsports in conjunction with the setting up/operating/breaking down the Stuart Boat Show. Worker's services shall be on a day-to-day basis as needed by Allsports and as convenient to Worker. Inasmuch as Worker is an Independent Contractor, Allsports shall not be obligated to withhold from Workers' compensation State or Federal Unemployment, Social Security, or Workers Compensation Insurance taxes nor be obligated to Worker for same. Worker holds Allsports harmless for any claims of injury or otherwise, including any complications from or related to Covid-19, incurred in conjunction with the rendering of said services except in the case of Allsport's gross negligence.
