ELIGIBILITY
To qualify, an applicant must:
- Be a high school senior scheduled to graduate in 2025 (family members of Central Texas Farm Credit employees and board members are not eligble.)
- Be a member of 4-H or FFA
- Plan to attend a two-year, four-year, or trade school
- Reside inside of Central Texas Farm Credit’s 19 county territory (see county drop down list below)
- Upload a current (unofficial or offical) high school transcript
- Upload resume containing awards, community service, work experience, and extracurricular activites
- Upload a one-page, double space, 12 point font essay answering the following question: "How I will give back to rural America."
- Upload high-quality headshot (JPG or PNG. No selfies, please.)
- Sign and complete this application by March 7, 2025 at 4 p.m.
Central Texas Farm Credit reserves the right to confirm eligibility requirements. No eligible applicant will be denied the scholarship due to race, gender, or ethnic origin. Applications will be scored based on academic performance, awards, community service, work experience, extracurricular activities, essay objectives, and grammar.
