Please note that there are specific eligibility criteria to become a #CaliforniansForAll College Corps Fellow at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and a limited number of positions are available. Not every candidate will move forward to the next step in the application process. In order to continue in the application process, after submitting this application, candidates may be invited to attend a 15-minute virtual Meet and Greet or returning fellow Check-In.

What We’re Looking For
- Passion for serving in partnership with the community to make positive change.
- Flexibility to serve in different focus areas and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Growth mindset and eagerness to try new things.
- Interest in connecting with and learning from other students and community partners across the state.
- Willingness to be an ambassador for the Fellowship on campus and beyond.
- Ability to commit to serving 450 hours over the course of the entire academic year- averaging 12-15 hours per week.
When You Would Serve
- The Cal Poly College Corps Fellowship will go from September 2025-June 2026
What You’ll Do
Fellows will serve with K-12 schools, food banks/pantries, or climate organizations to build healthier communities across California. They will do this in a variety of ways:
- Running outreach and education programs for climate organizations
- Serving in local schools and facilitating after school activties, including atheltics and tutoring programs
- Supporting and serving within basic-needs organizations

- A living allowance paid monthly throughout the service term, plus an Education Award paid upon completing 450 service hours—a total financial benefit of up to $10,000
