    Please read the information below carefully. Application and all requested information must be submitted prior to 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, October 17, 2025. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
  • Application Instructions: 

    This application is for video, audio and/or broadcast recordings for outlets without a media rights agreement with F1 Media Rights. This includes podcasts, local and national radio stations, and broadcast news stations, all of which should use this application.

    Please complete ONE application per outlet or station. This application should include all representatives requesting accreditation for the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2025.

    Application and all information must be submitted prior to 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, October 17, 2025. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

    All aplications are subject to approval by F1 Media Rights and will be required to complete a copyright agreement. Submission of this application does not guarantee accreditation. 

  • Media Outlet Information

    Please provide your outlet or station details below. Ensure the registered company name and outlet address match the information associated with your EIN, as this information will be used for the F1 Media Rights copyright agreement if your application is approved.
  • Producer / News Director / Editor's Information

    Please provide the contact information for your outlet's Producer, News Director, or Editor. This person will be the primary point of contact for application inquiries, coverage plans and race week logistics. They will serve as the liaison between your accredited on-site personnel and the Las Vegas Grand Prix Media Team.
  • Authorized representative to be listed on agreement

    Please provide the contact information for your outlet's director/authorized representative that will sign the Formula 1 Media Rights 2025 EVENT ACCREDITATION AND ASSIGNMENT OF COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT should your outlet be approved.

  • Media Representative / Crew Information

    Please complete the following details for each member of your media outlet for whom you are seeking accreditation. Accreditation is available for a select number of staff, including reporters, anchors, and broadcast camera/audio teams (for broadcast). Kindly provide specific story plans and areas of focus for each member of the team.

    For Broadcast: Please indicate which team member(s) will be working together as a crew in the "Story plans" section. (e.g., "Anchor Bob Doe and Cameraperson Jane Doe will be working together to cover entertainment in the Fan Zones"). 

    Helpful Instructions: Select "Add Representative" to add another individual. To remove an entry, select the delete icon located on the bottom right. 

  • Credential Photo Upload: 

    Please upload a recent, clear headshot for ALL applicants seeking accreditation.

    Requirements: 

    • Photos should be front-facing, in color with a light or plain background.
    • No hats, head covering or sunglasses unless worn for a medical or religious reason. 
    • Please name the file as your first and last name. Example: FIRST_LAST.jpg
    • File must be a JPG, JPEG or PNG image file less than 2MB. No PDF files.

  • Next Steps 

    Upon submission, your application will undergo review. All follow-up questions and correspondence will be sent directly to the Producer, News Director, or Editor contact provided in this application. Conditional approvals or denials will also be communicated to this contact. Approvals and denials may be sent up to two weeks prior to the event. 

    If your outlet receives conditional approval for media accreditation, the F1 Media Rights Copyright Agreement and important capture parameters will be sent for your team's signature and completion.

    Prior to pass issuance, each approved passholder from your outlet must sign the 2025 Event Accreditation and Assignment of Copyright Agreement.
