2025-2026 - QCA Re-Enrollment Registration Fee

Qalam Collegiate Academy (QCA) requests parents who intend to re-enroll their student(s) SIGN and SUBMIT this Re-enrollment Agreement along with the fee to secure a seat for SY 2025-2026 by January 31st, 2025.

Please review the following terms and acknowledge your understanding by signing below:

I understand that in order to secure a seat for my child(ren) for the school year 2025-2026, I must submit a signed re-enrollment agreement along with a non-refundable re-enrollment fee by January 31st, 2025I understand that a $30.00 late fee will be applied for re-enrollment submissions made after January 31st, 2025

I understand that the annual RBM fee of $600.00 must be paid in full by March 31st, 2025 to confirm re-enrollment.

I acknowledge that re-enrollment is contingent upon my child meeting QCA's academic performance and behavioral expectations.If my student does not meet these standards, QCA reserves the right to deny re-enrollment.In such cases, both the re-enrollment fee ($100.00) and the RBM fee ($600.00) will be refunded.

I acknowledge that any pending fee charges, including but not limited to previous tuition, fines, or any outstanding balances, must be cleared before re-enrollment can be confirmed.

I understand that if re-enrollment and RBM fee are submitted after March 31st, 2025, my student’s seat will be subject to availability.

The re-enrollment fee is non-refundable.RMB fee is non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

I am eligible to request a refund for the RBM fee only if the request is submitted prior to July 10th, 2025.
Additionally, in the case of extenuating circumstances such as relocation or job loss, I may be eligible for a refund, provided the request is submitted before August 1st. I understand that I may be required to provide proof of such circumstances if necessary.
No refunds will be issued after August 1st, 2025 regardless of circumstances.
