  • Read and follow the instructions carefully prior to submitting your application. All winners will be notified on or before the 1st of July 2026.

    Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:

    Be a high school senior, college student, or vocational/trade school student.
    Have lost a parent to fentanyl poisoning (verification required).
    Demonstrate financial need.
    Plan to attend an accredited college, university, or vocational/trade school.
    Have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

  • If selected, you will be asked for documentation to support the data you provide. Likewise, all correspondence and award agreements will be generated from the personal information submitted below. So, please use proper spelling, capitalization and punctuation.
