Instructions for Filing Application

Dear CAF Contributor:

We are pleased to announce that again this year we will co-host the Annual Awards Banquet with the Northwest Indiana Business Roundtable. At this banquet, the CAF will present contractor and project of the year awards and the Roundtable will present their annual safety awards. Last year, the banquet drew over 700 industry leaders and project owners and we are expecting another great turn out this year. The banquet will be held May 7th, 2026 at the Avalon Banquet Center in Merrillville.

You will soon receive an invitation to the banquet. We hope you will join us. Below, you will find a copy of nomination forms for our annual contractor awards. Nomination applications must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. March 13, 2026. Projects eligible for nomination must be substantially completed by the award due date.

Contractor of the Year

This is the official nomination form for the 2025-2026 Construction Advancement Foundation awards program. Completed nominations must be submitted to CAF by 4:00 p.m. on March 13, 2026.

ELIGIBILITY:
Nominations may be submitted by any CAF contributor. Nominations may be submitted by the nominated company, a project owner for whom the company has worked in the past twelve months, or a sub-contractor who has worked for the contractor during the past twelve months.
