Contract Payment Plan

The Contract Payment Plan provides a structured approach to paying for your Christmas in Jamaica 2025 trip. Once your travel registration form is submitted, you will receive a detailed breakdown of the required payment amounts based on your room choice.
Key Details:
    • An initial deposit will be due after completing this form in order to secure your reservation.

Please note: If you choose to add travel insurance, the cost of the insurance will need to be included with your deposit.

•    The payment schedule includes:

    •    Second Deposit: Due by September 5, 2025 and equal to the cost of one night per person based on your selected room category.
    •    Third Deposit: Due by October 5, 2025 and equal to the cost of one night per person based on your selected room category.
    •    Final Payment: Due by October 19, 2025 and will cover the remaining balance of your trip.

This plan ensures flexibility and allows you to make manageable payments while securing your reservation.

Monthly Payment Option

The Monthly Payment Plan allows you to break down the cost of your Christmas in Jamaica 2025 trip into manageable monthly installments. Once your travel registration form is completed, a detailed breakdown of your monthly payment amounts will be provided.

Key Details:
    • An initial deposit will be due after completing this form in order to secure your reservation.

  Please note: If you choose to add travel insurance, the cost of the insurance will need to be included with your deposit.

    •    Monthly payments will be divided evenly based on your total trip cost.
    •    All payments must be completed by the final payment date of October 19, 2025.

This option is a convenient way to budget for the trip while ensuring your spot is reserved.

Christmas in Jamaica 2025 Terms and Conditions

1.    Deposit and Payment Deadlines:

    •    A $50 nonrefundable deposit per person is required to secure your spot.

Please note: If you choose to add travel insurance, the cost of the insurance will need to be included with your deposit.

•    Final payment is due no later than October 19, 2025. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of your reservation.

2.    Cancellation Policy:

    •    Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Jamia Perry at Jay’s Ultimate Getaways.
    •    Refunds, if applicable, will follow the terms of the selected travel protection plan:
    •    GPP: Refunds issued as a future travel certificate.
    •    GPP Plus: Refunds issued to the original form of payment.
    •    Once purchased, travel protection plan costs are nonrefundable.

3.    Travel Protection Plan:

    •    Insurance must be added to your booking within seven days of providing traveler names and no later than final payment (for GPP) or 90 days before departure (for GPP Plus), whichever occurs first.

    •    These plans are unavailable for nonrefundable hotel rates or airfare-only bookings.

4.    Room Assignments and Occupancy:

    •    Room categories are subject to availability.

    •    Prices are based on selected room type and occupancy. Additional charges may apply for modifications.

5.    Required Documentation:

    •    Each traveler must present a valid passport that does not expire within six months of the return date (June 27, 2026, or later).

    •    It is the traveler’s responsibility to secure visas or other required entry documents, if applicable.

6.    Airfare (if applicable):

    •    Flights are not included in the package cost.

    •    Group members are responsible for securing airfare unless assistance is requested.

7.    Travel Modifications:

    •    Any changes to your reservation (e.g., name changes, room upgrades) may incur additional fees.

    •    Name changes are not permitted after October 19, 2025.

8.    Force Majeure:

    •    Jay’s Ultimate Getaways is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or airline disruptions. Refunds will depend on supplier policies.

9.    Liability Disclaimer:

    •    Jay’s Ultimate Getaways acts only as an agent in arranging travel services. The agency is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party suppliers.

10.    Acknowledgment of Group Policies:

    •    By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the group policies, including deadlines, cancellation terms, and payment schedules.

11.    Final Itinerary Details:

    •    Detailed itineraries, including airport transfer arrangements, will be provided upon final payment.

    1.    Payment and Deadlines: I agree to adhere to the payment schedule, including the $50 deposit due by to secure your spot, and the final payment due by October 19, 2025. I understand that failure to meet these deadlines may result in the cancellation of my reservation.

    2.    Cancellation and Travel Protection Plans: I understand the cancellation policy and the terms of the selected Group Protection Plan (GPP or GPP Plus). I acknowledge that travel protection costs are nonrefundable once purchased.
