For any domestic trip troops can elect to purchase extra insurance under Plan 3P Accident plus Sickness Insurance. GSEOK highly recommends all troops purchase Plan 3P for travel 3 nights or more. For International travel GSEOK requires all troops to purchase extra international travel insurance under Plan 3PI Accident plus Sickness Insurance for International Trips. How to pay for Trip Insurance
1. Use the links below to access the online pyament system (through Doubleknot).
2. Select your trip dates and click "Reserve".
3. Enter the total number of participants, including all Adults, Girls, and Tagalongs.
4. Enter the First and Last Name of each particpant. While there are field for phone numbers and email addresses, these are optional and not required.

Attention! Anyone who is transporting Girl Scouts in a private vehicle:

Every driver must be a registered, background-checked at least 21 years old, and have a safe driving record, valid license, and a registered/insured vehicle.

Anticipate stops every couple of hours to rest and refresh. Arrange for relief drivers if your drive will last more than six hours.
Attention! Anyone who is transporting Girl Scouts in a rental vehicle:

To avoid surprises, read rental agreement to be familiar with the terms of the agreement and to be sure you comply with the terms. Know who is responsible for damage to, or loss of, the vehicle.
