Main Lounge Area-One Restroom & Bar (65 guests seating-85 standing) Rates: Weekday Mon-Thursday $500/4 hours and $50 each additional hour. Weekend Rates Fri, Sat and Sun $800/4 hours and $100 each additional hour.Main Lounge Area-One Restroom and Bar & VIP Area- One Restroom (100 guests seated- 125 standing) Rates: Weekday Mon-Thursday $800/4 hours and $50 each additional hour. We have a bar area available for food and drinks. If you would like to serve alcoholic beverages you can add this service on to your quote. The Bar fee is $200 and you must have an ABLE/Catering License and ABLE Server Bartenders. Please note if you would like to add the bar fee and you host or you would like us to host.*
For music, and larger parties we provide our own internal security staff depending on the style of the event and crowd. Our security fee is $100 for 4 hours and $25 for each additional hour per security staff. These events will require a minimum of one or more security. Type in the box you understand.*
