  • Everyone who attends any Rainbow Restoration training, unless you are an Owner or the spouse of an Owner, will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Owners and spouses are exempt because this was already disclosed/signed in the FDD and your FA you signed when you first purchased your franchise. The NDA is to help protect your franchise and the brand. This document is from The Neighborly legal team and pertains to all concepts. Once your employee(s) sign the document, we keep it on file and they will not be asked to sign it again as it applies for the life of their employment with you. Your employee(s) must sign in order to attend any Rainbow Restoration training.  The agreement will be emailed to you along with your confirmation.
