3.3 - First/Last Mile Connections (Max. 20 points)

3.4 - Equity Considerations (Max. 25 points)

3.5 - Community Engagement (Max. 10 points)

2. Detail a community engagement plan, including detailed marketing efforts, endorsements or letters of support from community-based organizations, and/or any relevant existing data, as applicable.
