I am fully aware of the risks associated with golf simulation, particularly as they exist in the confines of an enclosed area, including the possible reckless conduct of other participants. I agree to accept any and all inherent risks such as property damage or personal injury due to my participation. I agree that this waiver/release of liability is irrevocable and effective for all times that I engage in all AMA Supercross 2025 events. If I cause injures to any clients, attendees, or employees, I am responsible for all claims (i.e. Lawsuits, medical bills, etc.) that the client/attendees or employees sustain.
