Note for Middletown Members:

All starting and finishing measurements (InBody Scans) for this year’s Gold’s Gym 12-Week Transformation Challenge will take place exclusively at Gold’s Gym Newburgh. This also includes all complimentary Trainer Workshops, which will be hosted at the Newburgh location throughout the Challenge.

Members from Gold’s Gym Middletown are strongly encouraged to participate! Middletown participants will simply complete their before and after measurements at Gold’s Gym Newburgh to remain eligible for the challenge and prize money.

Complimentary Personal Training Session:

All challenge participants—including Middletown members—may take advantage of the complimentary personal training session included with the challenge.
• This session will be scheduled with a trainer at the Newburgh location.
• Participation is not mandatory to remain eligible for prize money, but it is highly encouraged to maximize your results.

Why All Training Sessions & Workshops Are Held in Newburgh:

Due to ongoing construction and limited trainer availability at the Middletown location, we are unable to host complimentary training sessions or workshops in Middletown this year. Centralizing these services in Newburgh ensures that every participant receives consistent coaching, support, and high-quality instruction.

Workshops and complimentary PT sessions remain optional, but designed to help participants achieve their best possible transformation.

MALE PARTICIPANT - Gold's Gym Challenge Completion Requirements and Participant Acknowledgment: Please Read Carefully and Initial Below. To qualify as a FINISHER of the Gold’s Gym Challenge, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following requirements: InBody Scans: I must complete an official BEFORE InBody Scan at Gold’s Gym Newburgh (hereinafter “Gold’s Gym”) within the specified flight I choose. I must complete an official AFTER InBody Scan at the same Gold’s Gym location and within the same specified flight as my BEFORE InBody Scan. Challenge Experience Questionnaire: I must complete and submit the required "My Challenge Experience" questionnaire no later than two days following my AFTER InBody Scan. Disqualification Criteria: I understand that undergoing gastric bypass or enhancement surgery within one year of my START date disqualifies me from eligibility for any prize money. For valuable consideration received, I hereby grant Gold’s Gym Newburgh, Gold’s Gym Middletown (hereinafter "Gold's Gym"), AlignLife Newburgh, AlignLife, and their agents, representatives, and assigns the following rights regarding the InBody Scan conducted on me: Use of InBody Scan and Name: I irrevocably grant Gold's Gym and AlignLife unrestricted rights to copyright, use, publish, and re-publish my InBody Scan, in whole or in part, in any media, for any purpose, including but not limited to promotion, advertising, editorial, trade, or artistic purposes. This includes the right to use my name in connection with these materials. Release of Claims: I release Gold's Gym, AlignLife, their agents, representatives, heirs, legal successors, licensees, and assigns from all claims, including but not limited to libel, invasion of privacy, or other liabilities arising from the use of the InBody Scan. Acknowledgments: I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and legally competent to sign this agreement.I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in this contest and understand the recommendation to obtain medical clearance before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.
