1. Only those eligible to graduate or completed the program will have their application processed. Please check your Study Planner and ensure you have completed all required units in your program including MPU, Industrial Placement (EAT20008) and/or SE (whichever applicable). If you are not eligible, you will be notified via email. For this, please be responsive to our emails to avoid any miscommunication, if you fall into this category.
2. Any oustanding fees and/or penalties with the University must be settled before submission. Failing to do so will cause your application to be rejected and no appeal will be entertained if your settlement is done after the application closing date. Check your Student Ledger in Student Portal for details.
3. The Graduation Fee (non-refundable) includes:-

4. Please check your Student Portal for details accuracy i.e. Student Name, Program Name, Exemptions/Credit Transfer Courses, Grades & Marks obtained, Major/Minor/Co-major and etc.
