    Once all applications have been recieved the Show & Shine committee will allocate businesses to the limited amount of sites available and you will be notified if your application has been successful or unsuccessful via email, as soon as possible.

    All payments are to be made by Bank transfer Once your application has been approved. If approved you will be forwarded an invoice which will include banking details, which are to be made by bank transfer at least 7 days prior to the event. Please use your name/business name as the reference when paying & send a copy of your payment to Molly Kemp at contact.boggabri@gmail.com. 

    In the event of the postponement of the event by the Show and Shine committee you are entitled to a full refund of your stall fee

  • Responsibilities

    It is a condition of trading and participating in our event that you take responsibility for any hazards you create whether during set up of your stall - during trading - and pack down of your stall.

    You accept the responsibility for your plant, equipment, product and staff at all times and understand that you are required to have all electrical equipment tagged and tested by a professional.

    You must provide all the infrastructure you require to set up and trade. The safety of you and the public is our main priority. You understand and agree to holding a current certificate of insurance for public liability. You agree to drive responsibly during bump in and bump out at the event, using your hazard lights as a precaution and adhere to the staff and volunteers on site. We insist on safety first and if at any time you are unsure of an issue you will advise a staff member, volunteer or the event organisers immediately.

  • Terms & Conditions

    • Stalls must be finished setting up 15minutes before the event start time of 9am. No vehicle will be permitted to move in or on the grounds after the time. Gates will be open from 6am for stall set up. There will be a designated area for market vehicles to the side of the oval for you to park your car.
    • All sites should be vacated no later than 1 hour after the conclusion of the market.
    • Stall holders are responsible for keeping their site clean and tidy and for the removal of any rubbish
    • Stall holders are asked to not use plastic bags for packaging of their goods to customers. Organisers will be encouraging visitors to bring shopping bags and stall holders are asked to use recyclable or reusable bags.
    • There will be a gap between each stall holder and this gap must not be used to display items for sale. This gap is to ensure stall holders and customers can socially distance from each other
    • Any emergency exits and public clearways are not to be obstructed or blocked when setting up your stall
    • Boggabri Business Chamber takes no responsibility for payments and or sale agreements of goods sold from your stall. Each transaction is at the discretion of the stall holder and customer. Boggabri Business Chamber also takes no responsibility for any damage to your products during the event
    • Food stallholders must comply with any local, state and federal helath regulations and food acts. Safe food handling is your responsibility. A copy of your food safety handling certificate is required on application
    • Site allocation will be arranged by the market organisers in line with the best interest of the markets. The organisers reserve the right to limit the number of stallholders offering similar products to ensure a wide variety of choice for our market attendees
    • Stall holders must NOT have displays that intrude into the next stall holders site
    • Payment for stalls will need to be made 7 days prior to the event to secure your stall site and can be made via direct deposit to our Business Chamber bank account. If payment is not received by this date unless a prior arrangement has been made with organisers, your site booking will be cancelled, and another stall holder will be able to book the site. Bank details will be sent out once your stall has been approved
    • Please note a stall site is not confirmed until you have received written notification from the market organisers, and you have paid for your site
    • Stall holders must provide a copy of their public liability insurance to the value of $20 million. This copy must be provided to the market committee 7 days prior to the event. If a copy is not provided, their stall site will be declined. Their is a change in the level of insurance all market stall holders are required to have. As a Business Chamber run event, our market stalls need to meet the insurance requirements that are set by our governing body.
    • All stall holders/food vendors for our market will require to have a minimum of $20million public/product liability and be able to provide us with a Certificate of Currency.This can be obtained with day insurance from Http://mymarketinsurance.com.au
