THIS NMB AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of [Effective Date], by and between XtremeRanking Traffic Titan DBA, The Mustard Seed Group, LLC, with its principal office and place of business at 14000 Buck Rub Circle, Midlothian, VA (the “Agency”), and [Client Name], with its principal office and place of business at [Client Address] (the “Client”). From time to time, the Agency and the Client shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”

Near Me Boost Service

Service Description: The Agency will provide the Client with “Near Me Boost” Local SEO services, designed to enhance the Client’s visibility in local search results and drive an increase in relevant traffic and leads (“Service”). These services include:

1.1. Promotion and ranking of 10 high-priority keywords.
1.2. Comprehensive Google Business Profile optimization, including keyword-rich service descriptions, optimized categories, and visual content updates.
1.3. Weekly Google Business Posts, featuring custom graphics and optimized text.
1.4. Citation optimization to ensure consistent business information across directories.
1.5. Regular responses to Google reviews, with optional feedback handling.
1.6. Authority-building strategies, including backlinks from high-authority Google properties.
1.7. Monthly performance reporting, including heatmaps to track local visibility improvements.

Pricing & Payment

Service Fee:
~ $1495 per month (Discounted from the regular price of $4,500 per month).
~ This pricing includes all core services outlined in Section 1.

Additional Notes:
~ No Setup Fees: All setup tasks, including initial keyword research and Google Business Profile setup, are included in the monthly fee.
~ No Contracts: This is a month-to-month service agreement that can be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice.
~ Results Guarantee: While specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed, the Agency’s strategies are proven to increase visibility and rankings for local businesses.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:
~ Provide access to the Client’s Google Business Profile and website for optimization purposes.
~ Provide relevant business information for citation and profile updates.
~ Engage with the Agency’s recommendations to support growth efforts.

The Client understands that:
~ Lack of cooperation or delays in providing necessary information may impact the timeline and success of the services.
~ Results depend on multiple factors, including industry competitiveness and current online presence.

Termination Policy:
~ Either Party may terminate this Agreement with a 30-day written notice.

Upon termination:
~ The Agency will cease all services and deliver any outstanding reports to the Client.

Limitation of Liability:
The Agency shall not be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement. The maximum liability of the Agency shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Arbitration:
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Troy, Michigan, in accordance with JAMS Arbitration Rules. Each Party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

Miscellaneous

Force Majeure: Neither Party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control.

Notices: All communications under this Agreement must be sent in writing to the addresses provided in the introductory section.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements or representations.
