    North Coastal Art Gallery, home of the Carlsbad‑Oceanside Art League (COAL), is a volunteer‑powered arts organization dedicated to uplifting local artists and providing accessible art experiences for the community. Our outreach programs bring creativity to youth, families, seniors, and visitors throughout North County. Many hand make it easier on others.
