IMPORTANT - Summit Sensory Gym Equipment Pick-Up Policy
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate vehicle and trailer to transport their newly purchased Summit Sensory Gym equipment. Due to the size and weight of a typical order—averaging over 1,200 pounds—all purchases REQUIRE the use of a trailer for safe transportation.

If the customer does not own or have access to a truck or trailer, we recommend renting one from U-Haul. Summit Sensory Gym suggests the rental of a 6' x 12' Utility Trailer Without a Ramp, as it meets the necessary specifications for hauling our equipment.

Recommended U-Haul Trailer Specs:
- Maximum Load Capacity: 2,670 lbs.
- Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) Max: 4,400 lbs.
- Empty Weight: 1,730 lbs.
- Total Cargo Space: 74 sq. ft.
Additionally, customers are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for providing all necessary equipment, such as straps, tie-downs, and padding, to ensure the equipment is properly secured during transport. Summit Sensory Gym and our manufacturing partners are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the customer has left the manufacturing facility.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle is properly equipped to tow the trailer and that they comply with all local and state transportation regulations. Summit Sensory Gym is not liable for any transport-related issues once the equipment has been picked up.
