    The construction meter must be in original condition to be eligible for deposit return.

    Customers are responsible for the maintenance and security of construction meters. Missing meters constitue a forfeiture of the customer deposit. Damaged meters will incur a fee, pro rated and assessed by SID. The meter may be chained, locked and sealed for identification.. The chain and seal must remain intact.. Removal will result in a tampering fee being assessed to the account.  

    After request to return meter is received, pickup will occur within five (5) business days, during business hours. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN METER TO SID.

    The final billing cycle end date will be the date that the construction meter is picked up by SID.

    Your construction account wioo be coosed after you have received your final bill, payment is processed and any applicable deposit is returned.
