the Annual Dinner Weekend at the Bloomfield House Hotel Mullingar next March.
This year we follow our traditional format with the New Members’ Reception on Friday evening followed by supper. There will be a choice of activities on Saturday, and the formal dinner will be on Saturday evening.

As usual, accommodation must be booked directly with the hotel, in each case mentioning that you are part of the Irish Cruising Club event. We have negotiated a special weekend rate of €160 per night for a double room including breakfast for ICC members and their guests.
We have block booked the Hotel for the weekend with its maximum of 110 rooms.
Individual rooms must be booked before the end of January, as rooms will be released thereafter for booking by the public.

Booking Details :

Bookings for the Social Events must be made using this booking form and are limited to 4 persons per booking with a maximum of 3 guests per member.
The form only requires that you complete it for 1 person, the other 3 are optional. If you are bringing guests please complete the form in respect of each guest in your party.
It is expected that this event will be at or close to capacity and bookings (provided fully paid at time of booking) will be taken in the order they are received.
As there are many events and activities, the form below is organised on a person-by-person basis, so that we have details of the names and numbers who are participating at each event and activity. Please complete the details requested for each person.
Please note also that the booking form enables you to choose your payment method. Accordingly, as an additional security feature, you are likely to be asked to approve the payment by Stripe LINK or your card provider (e.g. AIB Bank) in a 2 step verification process which will send a code to your mobile phone. You may need to enable that process with your card provider if not already done (this is becoming a standard security step to limit card fraud).

Refund and Cancellation Policy
It is the policy of the ICC that events are run at breakeven.
It is the policy of the ICC that refunds, less banking costs, will be provided where the ICC is able to cancel (or replace) your booking at no cost to the club. Where the ICC incurs a cost for cancelling a booking, that cost will also be deducted from any refund provided.
We expect that booking details and numbers by event will have to be confirmed, be non cancellable and paid for by the ICC, no later than 10 days before the event.
