    Fill the form below to participate at our Spring Eggstravaganza Event. Forms that are not completely filled will not be accepted. Filling out this form does not guarantee you a spot at the event.
  • Deadline: Applications must be received by March 14, 2025

    Event Date: Thursday, April 17, 2025, 5pm-8pm

    Location: The Athletic Club, 4100 Blair Oaks Dr., The Colony, TX 75056

    Vendor Set Up: 3:30pm - 4:45pm

    Vendor Take Down: 8:00pm

    Vendor Space: $150

     

    Vendor Requirements/Expectations: 

    • will have a 10x10 booth space (your tents cannot exceed the 10x10 space)
    • are required to provide all necessary items (including tents, weights or stakes, table, chairs, electricity, etc.) to set up their booth
    • shall not remove/tear down their booth prior to the end of the event
    • must maintain their space in a clean condition and remove all trash before leaving the event.
