    Vacation/Savings Contribution Form Agreement between IBEW Local 952 and Ventura Division of Los Angeles NECA Chapter
  • Effective October 1, 2024:

    Employees shall have the option of deferring the sum as specified in Article III, Section 3.04, per hour for each hour worked by each employee covered by the terms of this Agreement. The option of deferring the vacation/savings contributions can be made when an employee is dispatched to the employer or within 30 days prior to a scheduled wage change. The option shall commence with the wage change.

    If the employee elects to defer the sum as specified in Article III, Section 3.04, the employer shall compute the employee’s hourly rate of pay and then deduct from the wages the vacation/savings contribution.

    • By default, employees will be automatically enrolled in the Vacation/Savings Contribution. Which allocates $3.00 per hour to an account at Ventura County Credit Union. If this is your preference, no further action is required.
    • To "Opt-Out" would mean to have the vacation/savings contribution sum as specified in Article III, Section 3.04 of $3.00 per hour, on your weekly check instead of being deferred to the Ventura County Credit Union. If this is your preference, please fill out the form below.
