High Point Group Registration

This application is intended for youth pastors who wish to bring a group of 10 or more campers to High Point Summer Camp. The group rate is $250 per camper, with a required deposit of $2,500 (for the cost for 10 campers at the discounted group rate). Full payment and the final list of registered campers must be submitted to the office by June 1, 2026. Any camper wishing to register after this date will need to do so individually through the standard registration link.

I understand that I am responsible for paying the non-refundable group deposit of $2500 by card or by check within 10 business days of registering my group.I understand that payment for all students beyond the initial 10, covered by the $2,500 deposit, is due by June 1st.I understand that, although campers are registering as part of a group, it is my responsibility as the youth pastor to ensure that all campers complete a physical copy of the registration form. Additionally, I am responsible for submitting all completed forms to the office via email prior to the start of camp or ensuring that students bring their forms to camp.
