  • Location: Sea Trail Convention Ctr., 75A Clubhouse Road, Sunset Beach, NC 28468

    Event Hours: Wednesday, March 5, 2025 - 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm

    Vendor Set-Up: Wednesday, March 5, 2025 - 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm

    SPACE IS LIMITED.  The Women in Business Committee will review and approve all applications. Approval letters will be emailed. APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL TO BE CONSIDERED. 

    ELECTRICITY: A very limited number of electrical hook-ups will be available and these spaces are given on a first come first serve basis. If you request an electrical hook up, please be aware your booth will be located near an outlet, but a drop cord may still be needed. Please do not forget to select that you need an electrical hook up below for your booth!

    Premiere spots include an electrical hook up and it is included in the premiere vendor fee.

    VENDOR BOOTH GUEST: $35
    If you are bringing a guest to help at your booth, this fee must be paid in advance of event. The entry fee includes food.

Each space will be supplied with a table 6’x18”, black fitted tablecloth and two chairs. Your entry fee includes (1) food and (1) drink ticket. Electric is FREE for premier vendors.
