It is the customers responsibility to notify out office if you move so we can disconnect the service and get the final meter reading. We need a previous notice of 3 business days.
If a deposit is held longer than 18 months, it will be recalculated at the customers request based on actual usage. If the deposit differs from the recalculated amount by more than $10.00 fur a residential customer or 10% for a non residential customer, the company may collect any underpayment or refund any overpayment by credit to the customers account. No refund will be made if the customers account is delinquent at that time.
The applicant agrees to be responsible for the charges to this account and to permit company personnel to enter the property to maintain company water lines to the meter, to read and maintain the mater, and to disconnect service for non-payment or misuse of the service. It is the responsibility of the property owner or customer to repair leaks and maintain the line from the meter to the residenc e and the lines and plumbing inside the residence.
