In order for your $500 non-refundable reservation list fee to be accepted, please agree to the following terms:
1. I understand and agree that my $500 deposit is non-refundable. I understand that I can continue to defer my place in line and add myself to future reservation lists until I get the puppy I want and/or need.*

2. I understand that the timing of litters is uncontrolled, as well as a successful pregnancy. We are notable to control the timings of heat cycles. We also have the right to cancel a reservation due to the best interest of our dog’s health. In the event a reservation list is cancelled, I will give other upcoming option.*

3. I understand that clients choose “picks” in the order of the reservation list deposits and clients can choose any of the puppies available to them at their selection time and placement. If a client is not in attendance nor reachable by phone during selection timeframe, then they will forfeit their placement.*

4. I understand that the breeder suggests buyer to enroll with NuVet Plus. If you are buying pup with breeding rights, breeder suggests buyer to enroll with the NuJoint DS supplement as well. Buyer should use breeder code 717004. Enrollment is advised to be done before picking up your puppy. Breeder will receive an email confirming proper enrollment.*

5. I am aware that puppies can have certain common ailments after going to their new home. While we routinely do vet checks, deworm, and monitor for potential UTI’s and ear infections, sometimes the stress of leaving the breeder causes issues to flare up. The puppy will be examined by Symbion VetClinic @ 7 weeks of age. At that appointment the puppy will then receive a health certification.Puppy must be examined by your licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of receiving the puppy.*

I understand that puppies can have certain ailments and I agree to ensure they get the proper care and medication if needed by a licensed veterinarian.
