  • Sunflower Festival Vendor Application

    Please fill out the application below. Invoices will be sent after the review process via email. We do not require our application or payment to be mailed. Everything can be done online!
  • Rules & Regulations

    1. Blake’s Sunflower Market will be held August 22nd-24th & August 30th-September 1st, 2025 (rain or shine).    NEW: Market hours are Friday 12pm-5pm, Saturdays 10am-7pm, Sundays 10am-5pm & Monday (Labor Day) 10am-5pm
    2. All applicants, including returning vendors, must submit the following: (3) images of artwork, (1) image of your booth display. If you do not have a photo of your booth, please submit a drawing with a detailed description of your setup. Upon acceptance to the festival, these photos may be used for event promotion.
    3. This is a juried show, acceptance is based on the quality of design, workmanship, originality and booth display as depicted in your photos.
    4. All work exhibited must be original and handcrafted by the artist unless detailed below and approved. We will allow a small percentage of curated booths. 
    5. Vendors must be present for the entire event and are required to provide their own 10x10 tent, table, and chairs.
    6. Acceptance and jurying will occur as applications are received. To achieve a balanced show, we reserve the right to limit the number of vendors in each category.
    7. All applicants will be juried and will receive notification of show status by June 1st, 2025. Your booth fee will NOT be deposited unless you are accepted.
    8. There will be NO refunds after the inital notification date of June 1st, 2025. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable. Refund will only be given if the event is unable to operate due to state regulations.
    9. A current certificate of insurance is required if you are selling food or skin care products and a copy must be included in your application.
    10. A temporary Macomb County Health Department Certificate is required for the sale of consumable food. If you operate under Michigan's Cottage Food Law, that will suffice.
    11. No dogs are allowed on the premises.
    12. There is access to Wi-Fi but please be prepared for possible interuptions to service with high traffic on property. 
    13. Driving or parking on the festival grounds for loading/unloading is NOT permitted.
    14. All inventory, boxes, artwork must be contained within your booth space and cannot interfere with adjacent booths or walkways.
    15. Vendors are responsible for their own property and are responsible for insurance and protection of artwork and displays. Displays may be left overnight, but Blake’s is not responsible for any damage or theft.
    16. Artists who have paid for electricity are responsible for supplying their own extension cords. The cords must be damage free, heavy duty, three prong grounded, outdoor rated and able to carry at least 15 amps and a minimum of 100 feet long. Please inform us if the electrical request is being used for personal medical devices. 
    17. Vendors are only to bring items for sale that they disclose in their application. Failure to do so can result in the vendor coordinators asking you to remove those items from your booth for the duration of the show.
    18. Exhibitors agree to conduct themselves in a respectful, cooperative manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by Blake’s may result in expulsion. Blake’s Sunflower Market is a family-friendly event and does not wish to include radical, disturbing displays or outbursts at this event.
    19. Violation of any of these rules is basis for expulsion.
    20. Tents and dispalys can remain setup on the property between weekends at the vendors risk & responsibility.
    21. Vendors who attend both weekends will be located in the same spot for the entirety of the event.

  • Applicant hereby releases and forever discharges Blake's Orchard & Cider Mill, and all participating and sponsoring organizations from any responsibility, personal liability, loss or damage in connection with the show. Blake's Orchard reserves the right to make final interpretation of the rules. An application is commitment to the show. As stated in the rules and regulations I understand the refund policy. I confirm that the works entered, exhibited and sold are created by myself unless stated clearly above. I have read, understood and agree to abide by all Blake Farms rules and regulations, and certify the accuracy of the foregoing statements. It is understood and agreed that Blake's Orchard & Cider Mill does not carry insurance to cover personal property of exhibitors, and that it is my sole responsibility to attain proper insurance for my own goods and property present at the event.
