Eligibility: MGAL Star Artists
Star artists may submit 2 pieces of any medium with a maximum width of 30"

Fee: $25 MGAL Members
Your entry of form, photos and fee must be submitted by Mon, January 13th, 2025

Sales: 20% Commission on Sales
All exhibited works must be for sale

Judge: Kathy Dumloa, Director of Education and Interpretation, Memphis Brooks Museum of Art
Awards: Best of Show, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, 2 Merit, 3 Honorable Mention
Requirements:
Entries must comply with MGAL Exhibition Rules listed in the MGAL yearbook and website.
- Max frame size 30” W
- No nudity in artwork
- No work to leave before the exhibition closes
- Frames must have wires & screw eyes for hanging
- Gallery wrap with finished sides is acceptable
Delivery/Pick-Up instructions:
- Deliver work to Trezevant Manor, Friday, January 17, 2025, from 9:30 - 10:30 am
- Each work must have two 3 x 5 cards attached to the upper left back corner with: artist's name, address, phone, email, title of work, size, price
- All information must match this entry form
- Pick up work from Trezevant Manor, Friday, February 28, 2025, from 9:30 - 10:30 am
Submission Status: All artists will be notified via email when a submission has been received

Such waiver and/or release includes but is not limited to fire, theft, negligence on the part of said parties, individually or collectively, and that of others and the moving, transporting and storage of said property.
