Video Submission Criteria and Guidelines
Video entries must not be derogatory, offensive, threatening, defamatory, disparaging and libelous or contain any content that is inappropriate, indecent, sexual, profane, impolite, slanderous or discriminatory in any way.
Video must be submitted in one of the following formats: avi, mov, mpg, or wmv.
The video and essay must be an original, unpublished work. Any elements in your submission, including but not limited to, music, audio, speech/voiceovers, stills, video, supers, or other audiovisual materials used must be: 1) entirely original, created and performed by you, or 2) be in the public domain. Video must be an original, unpublished work that does not contain, incorporate or otherwise use any content, music, material or element that is owned by a third party or entity. Failing to provide proper documentation of permission to use such materials will result in the entry being disqualified.
Video must not contain content, material or any element that displays any third-party advertising, slogan, logo, trademark, or otherwise indicates a sponsorship or endorsement by a third party.
All submissions will be reviewed before being added to the list for judging; however, judging of a submission does not mean the submission has been deemed to be in compliance with these rules. Submissions that do not comply with the terms set out herein, will be disqualified and will not be considered for the scholarship entry.
