Your membership in the Oliver Beach Improvement Association, Inc. (OBIA) has benefits! It allows you to purchase one key that opens each of the community boat launch ramps, have access to periodic community newsletters, copies of the monthly minutes so you always keep up on the business of OBIA, rent the Community Hall at a members-only reduced rate, and most importantly - have a voting voice in the issues that affect us all, as neighbors. Boat Ramp Key Information
How would you like to receive your boat ramp key?*

Monthly OBIA MeetingKey delivery to home. When choosing this option, someone from OBIA will reach out to you to schedule a date and time for delivery.

Boat Ramp Rules and Regulations

1. Boat ramp key is to be used by purchasers or family members in the same Oliver Beach Household. Loaning your key to anyone outside of your household is prohibited.

2. Launching and hauling out of boats is permitted Dawn to Dusk only.

3. No parking of vehicles or trailers on launching ramp property. Violators are subject to towing.

4. Gate is to be closed and locked following each use.

5. Please be considerate of adjacent property owners by keeping voice low and launching noise to a minimum, particularly at early times. Please respect nearby properties by not trespassing. Please do not leave your bait in the trash cans located on the boat ramps.

6. Violations of the above stated rules will result in termination of launching ramp privileges and the surrender of the ramp key, without refund.
